Starting your day with a powerful and strong morning routine is the KEY to having a successful day! There is NO better start to your day than being in a waterfall!
Not only are you plugged into nature but you are raising your level of vibrational energy to insane levels and you literally come out of the water feeling like a new person! As with all of our classes, we start with getting into our heart centre. With the silent disco headphones, we are seated looking out on the hills giving gratitude before we get inspired with a powerful motivational track.
With energy getting high, we then silent disco boogie and dance to the waterfall and get ready. After a breathwork warm up, it's into the waterfall we go, to have a few mindful moments of calm and focus before the fun and shenanigans begin! Continuing to raise our physical and vibrational energy, we always end our class with a carpark group dance that always brings lots of laughter and leaves you feeling energised, revitalised and full of joy for the day ahead.
*This class is not suitable for ladies who are pregnant.
*As there is a steep climb down to the waterfall, and some climbing/scrambling over large rocks to access the waterfall, this class is not suitable if you have any mobility issues.
*If you have any pre-existing heart problems, high anxiety, please consult your GP to make sure cold exposure is suitable for you before you book a class.

Wear a swimming costume under loose fitting, a few layers warm of clothes
Wear a warm waterproof jacket, hat and bring gloves
Bring a spare pair of trainers or water shoes for wearing into the water
Bring a towel to stand on and one to dry yourself (poncho towels are great to get changed under)
Bring a hot drink in flask

We start each class by relaxing the mind and body and sitting in gratitude.
You will wear headphones, sitting on a low wall, in a group
We play a motivational and inspiring track to get you ready to take on the world
We dance down to the waterfall using silent disco headphones – PLEASE NOTE this is a very steep climb down and the ground can be slippy, muddy and uneven

Each session is timed based on the water and air temperature in each class and we will guide and support you through the session.

In a waterfall you are placing yourself under a weight of water which is dangerous.
The height of a waterfall affects its strength. The power of the water varies with the flow rate, and when flow rates increase it gets heavier, and you could become trapped against a rock or obstruction
We always assess the risk on the day and sometimes, if the flow is slow, we can stand at the side of the cascading water and swim into the water. PLEASE NOTE – this is done at your own risk.

This is not a swimming class, we are dipping and so we go in up to waist or chest and stand in the water allowing the cold water to move around our body.

Getting your body moving (physiology) refers to your body and all its systems, and by extension, elements that directly impact those systems. Physiology dictates our feelings: How you use your body affects how you feel mentally and emotionally. When we move our body to dance and sing, the process of harmonising the mind, body and heart through physical exercise, nurtures a beautiful, peaceful state, no matter what your current state is as motion creates emotion. You just feel so much happier when you do!
